Respectful communication is necessary to build a world class culture where everyone feels as though they belong. The purpose of this space is to provide a virtual environment where all students, staff, and faculty in the CON can interact to support an inclusive welcoming CON community.

In this Canvas shell, CON members (students, staff, and faculty) have access to learning/training opportunities, discussion boards, information about diversity events at Rush, and much more. Within this space, we can create and share content that is important to us. For instance, we can address topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion that also align with our college's strategic pillars (i.e., health equity, practice scholarship, and creating a world class culture).
